Study on ITIO Strategic Optimization of Online Shopping Supply Chain Based on Shared-savings Contract

库存与运输联合优化(ITIO)改进了库存与物流分控管理的传统模式。该机制降低了网购运营成本,提高了整体系统的运行效率。而成本节约共享机制则是实现二者整合优化的有效途径。合理设计ITIO成本节约共享合同,有利于调动网购供应链参与方的合作积极性,实现多方合作共赢。在对基于共享节约合同的网购供应链ITIO整合优化框架分析的基础上,深入剖析了基于共享节约机制的网购供应链ITIO整合优化存在的难题,并提出有针对性的对策建议。

Inventory and transportation integrated optimization is a modification over the traditional inventory and logisticsseparate management mode, which reduces the operational cost of online shopping while improving the operational efficiency of the whole system. For this purpose, the cost shared-savings mechanism is an effective path. Thus a properly designed ITIO cost shared-savings contract helps motivate the participants on the online shopping supply chain toward more active cooperation and thus realize multi-win. In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the online shopping supply chain ITIO framework based on shared- savings contract, we analyzed in- depth the difficulties existing in the process and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
