摘要 研究了供应商管理库存(VMI)环境下供应链供货商和订货商之间如何使用价格折扣契约来实现双方成本结构最优化和供应链绩效最大化问题,就由一个供货商和多个订货商所组成的供应链进行了相关假设和参数设定,分别构建了不采用价格折扣契约和采用价格折扣契约两种情形下的供应链采购模型,得出了订货商的最优经济订购批量和供货商的最优生产批量,最后基于算例分析和给定的相关参数变量值,对采取价格折扣契约前后的订货商和供货商相关参数值进行了计算,结算结果显示供货商向订货商提供适当的价格折扣契约可以使双方的成本结构实现优化,所节约的库存持有成本足以抵消由于价格折扣所带来的利润损失,并且能够实现整个供应链的绩效最优。 In this paper, we studied how the supplier and buyer in a supply chain under the VMI could optimize their cost structure and maximize the benefit of the supply chain using the price discount contract, then presented the corresponding hypotheses and parameters concerning a supply chain composed by one supplier and multiple buyers, and built respectively the purchasing model of the supply chain with and without the price discount contract to calculate the optimal EOQ of the buyer and the optimal production batch size of the supplier. At the end, through a numerical example with given variables, we calculated the corresponding parameters of the supplier and the buyer before and after the adoption of the price discount contract, with result showing the validity of the contract in optimizing the cost structure of the two parties and the benefit of the supply chain as a whole.
