银屑病性关节炎的研究进展

银屑病性关节炎是一种与银屑病相关的炎症关节病,该疾病病程持续时间长,不易根治,终末期可导致受损部位骨骼的僵直、变形,使生活质量大大降低。该病的发病机制尚不清楚,诊断较为复杂,需要与多种疾病相鉴别。近年来,一些新的药物尤其是新型生物制剂的使用对该病的治疗取得了一定的临床效果。本文就目前对银屑病性关节炎的研究现状作一综述。

Psoriatic arthritis is an inflammatory joint disease associated with psoriasis, the course of disease last for a long time and is not easy to cure.The end-stage of this disease can lead to impaired skeletal sites of rigidity and deformation. There- fore the patient＇ s quality of life will be greatly reduced. The pathogenesis of the disease is not clear and the diagnosis is com- plex. It needs to be identified from a variety of diseases. In recent years, a number of new drugs, especially new biological agents for the treatment of this disease has achieved some clinical experiences. This article reviews the current situation of pathogenesis investigation, diagnosis and treatment of psoriatic arthritis.
