摘要
分别使用黄原胶和温伦胶两种生物胶作为固井水泥浆的悬浮稳定剂,对配制的水泥浆进行了性能评价和研究。结果表明:随着生物胶加量增加,水泥浆均出现下灰时间增加、YP值增大、强度降低、稠化时间延长,但是黄原胶水泥浆变化显著,而温伦胶水泥浆变化较小;黄原胶束缚自由水和抑制水泥浆沉降的能力较低,不适用于固井水泥浆的悬浮稳定剂;温伦胶可以有效的束缚自由水和抑制水泥浆沉降,是比较理想的悬浮稳定剂。
Two kinds of biological adhesives, xanthan gum and welan gum, were used as suspension stabilizers of cementing slurry, and the performance of the cement slurry was evaluated and studied. The results show that: as well as the biological adhesives is increased in cement slurry, the mixing time increases, the YP value raises and the strength decreases, the thickening time increases, the slurry with xanthan gum has a significant change, and the slurry with welan gum changes a little. The capacity of xanthan gum to bind free water and prevent cement slurry sedimentation is low, it is not suitable for the suspension stabilizer of cement slurry. Welan gum can effectively bind free water and prevent cement slurry sedimentation, is an ideal suspension stabilizer.
