红蓝光治疗仪与痤疮面部清除术联合治疗面部痤疮的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Red and Blue Light therapy Instrument Combined With Acne Face Removal in the Treatment of Facial Acne

目的 :分析红蓝光治疗仪与痤疮面部清除术联合治疗面部痤疮的临床效果。方法 :回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月期间收治的84例面部痤疮患者的临床资料,根据双盲法将其分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例)。两组面部痤疮患者均给予痤疮灵治疗,对照组42例面部痤疮患者在此基础上红蓝光治疗仪治疗,研究组42例面部痤疮患者在此基础上给予红蓝光治疗仪与痤疮面部清除术联合治疗;对比两组面部痤疮患者的治疗总有效率。结果:与对照组相比较而言,研究组42例面部痤疮患者的治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光治疗仪与痤疮面部清除术联合治疗面部痤疮的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of the combination of red and blue light therapy instrument and acne face removal in the treatment of facial aene. Methods： the clinical data of 84 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical data of patients with facial acne were divided into study group （42 cases） and control group （42 cases）. The two groups were treated with cuocbuangling facial aene treatment, the control group of 42 cases of facial acne patients based on the treatment of red and blue, red and blue give treatment with facial acne removal surgery combined treatment of 42 cases of the study group based on the treatment of patients with facial ache; facial acne patients were compared between the two groups in the total efficiency. Results： compared with the control group, the total effective rate of 42 cases of facial acne patients in the study group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical effect of the combination of red and blue light therapy instrument and acne face removal surgery in the treatment of facial acne is very significant, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
