摘要
本文介绍了核电机组主泵顶轴油泵的功能、顶轴油泵供电电源的设计不足以及改进。通过电源改造,顶轴油泵运行增加了可靠性。在发生如全厂失电工况,主泵停运期间,顶轴油泵不会因为失电导致停运。这避免了在主泵低转速下发生推力瓦损坏的风险,保证了主泵的运行安全。
This article analyzes theFangjiashan nuclear power plant Jacking oil pump function,lack of Jacking oil pump power supply inadequate design and improvement.Through the power transformation,Jacking oil pump increases reliability.In the event such as the loss of the whole plant electrician conditions,during the reactor coolant pump power outage,Jacking oil pump will not be invalid cause loss of power supply.This avoids the risk of damage to the thrust bearing pads at the low speed of the reactor coolant pump.The operation safety of the reactor coolant pump is ensured.
