目的探讨社区免疫规划管理措施,旨在更好地促进社区免疫工作顺利开展。方法针对社区免疫规划管理现状进行分析,并在此基础上通过加强管理工作、提高常规免疫接种率、实行电脑登记、开通查询功能、规范户籍管理、依法开展免疫规划工作、提供人性化服务以及政府加强管理等方法进行社区免疫规划管理。结果通过相关措施有效地确保社区儿童身体健康。结论免疫预防是当前我国预防各种传染病的主要措施,免疫规划的目的是预防、消除以及控制传染病。通过制定相关的管理措施能够促进免疫规划工作顺利开展,具有现实意义。

Objective To explore the management measures of community immunization program in order to promote the development of community immunization work. Methods The status quo of community immunization management was analysed, and on this basis, community immunization management was implemented through strengthening management, improving routine immunization rates and computer registration, opening the query function, specification of household management, immunization planning, providing personalized service and strengthening the management of government. Results Through relevant measures, the children＇s health in community was effectively guaranteed. Conclusion Immunization is the main measure to prevent all kinds of infectious diseases in our country. The purpose of immunization program is to prevent, eliminate and control infectious diseases. Through the formulation of relevant management measures, it can promote the smooth development of immunization program, and has practical significance.
