腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆结石治疗效果分析

The Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Treatment of Gallstones

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆结石治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年6月—2017年5月收治的胆结石患者60例作为研究对象,其中对照组(n=31)给予传统的开腹胆囊切除术治疗,观察组(n=29)给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过手术治疗后,观察组手术时间等基本手术情况均优于对照组,同时,观察组治疗不良并发症为6.90%,对照组为25.81%,两组数据间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用于胆结石治疗中,疗效明确。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on gallstones. Methods 60 cases of gallstone patients who were treated in the hospital from June 2013 to May 2017 were studied, the traditional open cholecystectomy was given to the control group （n=31）, observation group 01-29） was given treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed. Results After surgery, surgery time in observation group was significantly better than the control group, at the same time, adverse complications in observation group was 6.90%, the control group was 25.81%, there was statistically signilicant between the two sets of data, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy used in the treatment of gallstones, the curative effect is clear.
