探讨全胸腔镜肺叶切除手术治疗复杂原发性肺癌的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨分析全胸腔镜肺叶切除手术治疗复杂原发性肺癌的临床效果。方法我院对60例复杂原发性肺癌患者进行了研究分析,分成对照组和治疗组,对照组使用传统开胸肺叶切除手术,治疗组使用全胸腔镜肺叶切除手术,对两组患者的出血量、淋巴结清扫数量、切口疼痛、住院时间等指标进行对比分析。结果治疗组的清扫淋巴结数量和术后生存率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者术中出血、疼痛、引流时间、手术时间、并发症、住院时间等均少于对照组,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全胸腔镜肺叶切除手术治疗复杂原发性肺癌的临床效果突出。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of complex primary lung cancer. Methods 60 cases of primary lung cancer patients in our hospital were analyzed and divided into control group and treatment group, the control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy lobectomy, the treatment group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy, the amount of bleeding of the two groups of patients, the number of lymph nodes, the incision pain, the length of time the index were comparative analysed. Results The number of lymph node dissection and the survival rate between treatment group and and control group showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05); the bleeding, pain, drainage time, operation time, complications and hospitalization time in treatment group were shorter than control group, there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of total thomcoscopic iobectomy for complex primary lung cancer is prominent .
