氯吡格雷治疗116例不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris in 116 Cases

目的研究氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的患有不稳定型心绞痛的患者116例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组58例。对照组采用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组在运用阿司匹林的同时采用氯吡格雷进行治疗。结果在治疗后心绞痛改善程度方面,观察组有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的77.59%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后期心脏事件发生情况方面,对照组心脏事件发生率为24.14%,高于的观察组8.62%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗过程中,应用氯吡格雷具有疗效,可以有效的缓解患者心绞痛症状,降低患者治疗后期发生心脏事件的概率。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 116 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel at the same time. Results In the treatment of angina pectoris, the effective rate of the observation group was 96.55%, higher than that of the control group 77.59%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of cardiac events in the treatment group was 24.14%, which was higher than that in the observation group （8.62%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion In the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris, clopidogrel has obvious curative effect, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce the probability of treatment in patients with late cardiac events.
