探讨不同炮制方法对中药饮片临床疗效的影响

To Investigate the Effect of Different Processing Methods on the Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces

目的将中药饮片使用不同炮制方式对临床治疗效果的影响进行分析。方法2014年1月—2016年1月我院对120例接受中药饮片治疗的患者进行分析研究,将患者分组为A、B、C三组,均有40例。A组为水处理前分档,B组为炮制前分档,C组为水处理前分档联合炮制前分档。对3组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果A组的有17例显效,13例有效,10例无效,临床有效率是75.0%;B组有16例显效,13例有效,11例无效,临床有效率是72.5%;C组有22例显效,16例有效,2例无效,有效率是95.0%。C组有效率比A、B组高(P<0.05),A、B组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药饮片的疗效可以通过严格的水处理前分档联合炮制前分档来提升。

Objective To analyze the effect of different processing methods on the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine pieces. Methods 120 patients treated with Chinese herbal medicine were analyzed from January 2014 to January 2016, and divided into 40 cases in each group： A group, B group and C group. A group was treated before water treatment, and B group was divided into before and after processing, and C group was divided into before treatment and before treatment. The clinical treatment effects of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results In A group, 17 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, the clinical effective rate was 75.0%; In B group, 16 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, the clinical effective rate was 72.5%; In C group, 22 cases were cured, 16 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, the clinical effective rate was 95.0%. The effective rate of group C was higher than that of A group and B group （P 〈 0.05）, and there was no statistical diffe^nce in the effective rate of A group and B group （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine can be improved by strict water lxeatment, before separation and by combined processing.
