喉源性咳嗽应用中药止嗽散治疗的效果评定

Evaluation of the Effect of Zhisou Powder in the Treatment of Laryngeal Cough

目的分析喉源性咳嗽应用中药止嗽散治疗的效果。方法选择2016年3月—2017年2月的76例喉源性咳嗽患者根据随机数字表分组,各38例。对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,中医组在对照组基础上应用中药止嗽散治疗。比较两组喉源性咳嗽治疗效果;咳嗽停止时间、胸痛消失时间、咽部异物感消失时间、咽部瘙痒消失时间;干预前后患者症状积分、SF-36评分。结果中医组喉源性咳嗽治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;中医组咳嗽停止时间、胸痛消失时间、咽部异物感消失时间、咽部瘙痒消失时间短于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组症状积分、SF-36评分相近,P>0.05;干预后中医组症状积分、SF-36评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论喉源性咳嗽应用中药止嗽散治疗的效果确切。

Objective To analyze the effect of zhisou powder in the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods 76 patients with laryngeal cough were enrolled in the study from March 2016 to February 2017 and they were divided into two groups（38 cases in each group） through a random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. On the basis of the control group, the Chinese medicine group was treated with zhisou powder. The time of disappearance of cough, the time of disappearance of chest pain, the disappearance of foreign body sensation of pharynx, the disappearance of pruritus of throat; the symptom score and SF-36 score of patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results The effect of laryngeal cough in Chinese medicine group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）; The time of disappearance of cough, the disappearance of chest pain and the disappearance of foreign body sensation in pharynx were shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）; The scores of SF-36 were similar in the two groups before the intervention, P 〉 0.05; The scores of SF-36 were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of zhisou powder in the treatment of laryngeal cough is accurate.
