摘要
目的分析六味地黄丸加减治疗老年慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将86例老年慢性胃炎患者随机分组,对照组行吗丁啉联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组行六味地黄丸加减治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗效果、治疗后中医症候积分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸加减治疗老年慢性胃炎效果理想,可有效减轻患者临床症状。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of liuweidihuang pill in treating senile chronic gastritis. Methods 86 cases of elderly patients with chronic gastritis were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with domperidone combined omeprazole treatment, the observation group was treated with liuweidihuang pill treatment, the curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results After the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine, the therapeutic effect, the symptoms score, the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of liuweidihuang pill for elderly patients with chronic gastritis, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
