探讨改良式截石位在妇科腔镜手术体位摆放中的应用

Investigate the Application of Modified Lithotomy Position in the Placement of Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery

目的研究分析腹腔镜手术体位使用改良式截石位的临床效果,为患者提供最佳的手术体位提供参考。方法对我院100例腹腔镜手术患者进行了研究分析,患者选取截石位,为患者提供最舒适的摆放体位,对比分析患者术后下肢静脉充盈度,运动异常情况等,将患者分成对照组和观察组均50例,观察组使用改良式截石位进行手术;对照组采用传统式截石位进行手术。结果两组在全麻前,清醒状态时均为舒适的状态,观察组和对照组的舒适度差异不存在统计学意义,对照组患者有28例出现了下肢充盈情况,有8例下肢感觉异常,有1例下肢运动异常,观察组有5例下肢充盈,1例下肢异常,两组的术后并发症发生率对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术使用改良式截石位能够提升患者的手术舒适度,降低并发症发生率,让患者的腹腔镜手术更加安全可靠。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified lithotomy position in laparoscopic surgery, and to provide the reference for patients with the best position of the operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were analyzed, patients with lithotomy position, to provide the most comfortable bodyposition, lower extremity venous filling degree of patients after analysis and comparison, the movement of exceptions, the patients were divided into control group and observation group were 50 cases, the observation group used modified lithotomy position surgery; the control group using the traditional lithotomy position surgery. Results In the two groups before general anesthesia, awake are comfortable state, the observation group and the control group there was no significant difference between the degree of comfort of patients in the control group had 28 cases of lower extremity filling, 8 cases of lower extremity sensory abnormalities, 1 case of lower limb movement disorders, the observation group of 5 cases of lower extremity filling. 1 case of lower limb abnormalities, complications were compared to the statistical differences between the two groups aider operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery using modified lithotomy site can improve the patient＇s comfort level, reduce the probability of complications, and make the laparoscopic surgery more safe and reliable.
