早期康复护理对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery in Patients With Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨早期康复护理对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复以及并发症的影响。方法选取我院于2013年4月—2016年4月收治的100例脊髓损伤患者,根据患者开始康复治疗的时间分成研究组(1个月)与对照组(3个月),观察并对比两组患者功能恢复的情况,使用统计软件进行分析。结果通过康复护理,两组患者的Barthel指数和FIM评分均有提高(P<0.05),研究组治疗后Barther指数和FIM评分分别为(80.01±9.99)分和(98.59±10.26)分,对照组分别为(67.10±11.05)分和(89.42±10.58)分,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对脊髓损伤患者进行早期康复护理,能够有效的改善患者日常的生活活动能力与其功能独立性,对患者康复功能恢复具有重大意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and complication in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods 100 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected and divided into study group （1 month） and control group （3 months） according to the time of rehabilitation treatment. Functional recovery in two groups of patients was analysed by statistical software for. Results The Barthel index and FIM score of the two groups were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）, the Barther index and the FIM score were （80.01±9.99） and （98.59±10.26） in the study group, （67.10±11.05） and （89.42±10.58） in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury can effectively improve the daily life activities and their functional independence, which is of great significance to the recovery of rehabilitation function.
