改良护理沟通模式对脑卒中患者健康宣教效果提升的作用分析

The Effect of Improved Nursing Communication Model on Health Education of Stroke Patients

目的分析改良沟通模式对脑卒中患者的健康宣教效果。方法选取98例脑卒中意识清晰的住院患者,按随机数字表分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规沟通模式,研究组采用改良沟通模式,比较两组患者的宣教成效及宣教沟通模式的满意度。结果研究组对护理人员沟通宣教有效率高于对照组;研究组对宣教沟通模式的满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良沟通模式可促进护患之间沟通,提高沟通效果及护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of improved communication model on health education of stroke patients. Methods 98 cases of hospitalized stroke awareness patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group was given the conventional mode of communication, the study group was given improved communication mode, health education effect and education mode of communication satisfaction between two groups of patients were compared. Results The study group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the communication and propaganda of the nursing staff, and the satisfaction degree on the communication mode of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Improved communication model can promote communication between nurses and patients, improve communication effect and nursing satisfaction.
