舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出患者护理中的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on Comfort Nursing in Nursing Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨分析舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出患者护理中的应用效果。方法针对性的选择2015年2月—2016年1月来本院治疗腰椎间盘突出患者112例作为研究对象,在其知情的情况下随机分为对照组56例和实验组56例,对照组患者进行常规护理;实验组患者进行舒适护理,分析对比两组患者护理满意度、疼痛VAS评分、住院时间。结果实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,且疼痛VAS评分、住院时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出患者护理中应用舒适护理,可有效缓解患者的疼痛、缩短其住院时间,同时为患者提供优质的护理服务,提高护理满意度。。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 112 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group （n=56） and experimental group （n=56）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care. The patients in the experimental group were treated w/th comfort nursing. The nursing satisfaction, pain VAS score, hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the pain VAS score and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care in patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve the pain of patients and reduce their hospitalization time. At the same time, it can provide patients with high quality nursing services to improve nursing satisfaction.
