探讨糖尿病周围神经病变的护理效果

Investigate the Nursing Effect of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床护理方式,为该类疾病的临床护理提供参考依据。方法 2013年2—3月我院对100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有50例患者。对照组患者接受常规西医护理,观察组患者接受常规西医护理和中医护理,对比分析两组的临床护理满意度。结果经过护理后,观察组有26例满意,21例一般,3例不满意,临床满意度是94%,对照组有19例满意,16例一般,15例不满意,临床满意度是70%,两组的临床满意度差异存在统计学意义,对照组满意度比观察组低,P<0.05。结论糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病的高危并发症之一,临床中该并发症对患者的生命安全产生了很大的威胁。为糖尿病周围神经病变患者提供护理时,使用中西结合的护理方式,能够稳定患者的病情,缓解患者的痛苦,让患者获得较好的护理体验。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing mode of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and to provide reference for clinical nursing of the disease. Methods 100 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in our hospital from February to March 2013, were analyzed and divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group, there were 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine western medicine care, the observation group received routine Western medicine nursing and Traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, 26 cases in the observation group were satisfied, 21 cases were generally satisfied, 3 cases were not satisfied, the clinical total satisfaction was 94%, 19 cases in the control group had were satisfied, 16 cases were generally satisfied, 15 cases were not satisfied, clinical satisfaction was 70%, the clinical satisfaction of two groups were statistically different, the satisfaction rate in control group was lower than the observation group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the high-risk complications of diabetes. The complications in the clinic have a great threat to the patient＇s life safety. To provide care for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, we should use the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western nursing methods, it can stabilize the patient＇s condition, relieve the pain of patients, and let patients get better nursing experience.
