摘要
目的对缺铁性贫血患儿采取综合护理观察并总结其临床效果。方法选取我院收治的30例缺铁性贫血患儿实施综合护理干预,对护理效果进行分析。结果经有效的治疗和综合护理干预后,30例患儿中,总有效率达到96.67%;各项观察指标均得到了不同程度的改善。结论综合护理干预对小儿缺铁性贫血的治疗具有非常重要的作用,其护理效果显著。
Objective To investigate and observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in children with iron deficiency anemia. Methods 30 cases of iron deficiency anemia in our hospital were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the nursingeffect was analyzed. ResuRs After effective treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention, the total effective rate was 96.67% in 30 cases, and all the indexes of observation were improved in different degrees. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention plays an important role in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children, and the nursing effect is remarkable.
