浅析中医护理方案在肺癌患者护理中的应用

Analysis of Application of TCM Nursing Program in Nursing Care of Patients With Lung Cancer

目的探讨分析肺癌患者接受中医护理的临床效果。方法根据2014年9月—2015年7月我院收治的50例肺癌患者来分析研究,组建中医护理小组,制定中医护理方案,根据中医护理方案来为50例肺癌患者提供护理,对患者进行生活质量评价和满意度评价。结果为患者提供护理后,患者的生活质量较之前提升,患者的痛苦得到了缓解,情绪得到了改善,睡眠质量得到了提升,住院时间比较短,临床护理满意度从一般护理的80%,提升至90%。结论肺癌患者接受中医护理能够提升患者的生活质量,让患者的护理满意度提升,临床中具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lung cancer. Methods 50 cases of lung cancer from September 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were included in the study, TCM nursing group was organized, the nursing program of Traditional Chinese medicine was developed, according to the nursing program of Traditional Chinese medicine, nursing care was provide to 50 cases of patients with lung cancer, the quality of life evaluation and satisfaction of patients was evaluated. Results After nursing, quality of life of patients was significantly improved, the pain of the patients were alleviated, the mood was improved, sleep quality was improved, the hospitalization time was short, the clinical nursing satisfaction increased from general nursing of 80% to 90%. Conclusion Patients with lung cancer receiving Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction. It is of great significance in clinical practice.
