整体护理干预在老年哮喘患者中的应用

Application of Overall Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients With Asthma

目的探讨整体护理干预在老年哮喘患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年1—12月在某院进行治疗的78例老年哮喘患者作为研究对象,并将其按照随机数字法分成观察组39例与对照组39例,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理干预基础上再给予整体护理干预,分别对两组患者的临床护理效果及满意度进行统计对比。结果观察组患者的临床护理效果及满意度均高于对照组患者。结论整体护理干预在老年哮喘患者护理中的应用效果显著,有效改善患者症状的同时提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of overall nursing intervention in elderly patients with asthma. Methods 78 elderly patients with asthma were treated from January to December 2015. The patients were divided into observation group （39 cases） and control group （39 cases） according to the random number method. The patients in the control group were given overall Nursing intervention, the observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing intervention to give the overall care intervention, respectively, the two groups of patients with clinical care effects and satisfaction were statistically compared. Results The clinical nursing effect and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with asthma is remarkable, which can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
