摘要
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis)的诊断标准为发生了脆性骨折和(或)骨密度低下.骨密度检测目前以双能X线吸收法测定为金标准,而骨转换生物标志物检测对骨质疏松程度的评估则是其重要补充.骨代谢生化标志物是从血液、尿液中可检测出的骨代谢生化产物及相关激素,其能够反映骨代谢状况,其中能反映骨代谢转换的指标称为骨转换生物标志物.本文就骨质疏松的骨转换生物标志物及其临床应用进行综述.
The criteria for diagnosis of osteoporosis (osteoporo- sis) are brittle fractures and(or) low bone density. Currently, the gold standard of bone density detection is dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, and the evaluation of the degree of bone turnover biomarkers is the important supplement of osteoporosis. Biochemi- cal markers of bone metabolism are bone metabolism biochemical products and related hormones in blood and urine, which can reveal bone metabolism. The index which can reflect the metabo- lism of bone is called bone turnover biomarkers. In this paper, the bone turnover biomarkers and its clinical application are reviewed.
