一物数卖 ,即出卖人就同一标的物订立数个买卖合同 ,分别出售给数个买受人。文章以物权变动模式的立法选择为背景 ,运用法律的比较分析方法 ,着重讨论了一物数卖时数个买卖合同的效力、标的物所有权的最终归属以及特定物债权的债权人的撤销权等问题。

Resale act means that one seller sells one subject matter for two or more times. This paper focuses on three questions: the effect of the contracts for sales; who can achieve the ownership of the subject matter, the first buyer or the second buyer?; if the first buyer can request the right to revoke the second contract for sales or not.
