摘要
医学影像学技术的发展对宫颈癌的诊疗很重要,不仅弥补了临床分期的不足,还能在后续治疗中起指导性作用。无创性影像学检查中,CT、MRI及超声已广泛应用。本文阐述这3种影像学方法从不同角度对肿瘤进行观察,总结每种方法的准确性与局限性,并对CT、MRI及超声联合应用于宫颈癌诊断的研究进展进行综述。
The development of the medical imaging technology plays a crucial and guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical carcinoma, which can make up the deficiency of the clinical staging. CT, MR/and ultrasound are widely used in the non-invasive imaging examinations. The present article mainly reviews the accuracy and limitations of CT, MRI and ultrasound by viewing the tumor from different angles, as well as the progress on the combined application of the three methods.
