20例心脏直视手术患者随机分成对照组及丹参组,每组10例。丹参组在麻醉诱导后给丹参400mg/kg。体外循环(CPB)10min及30min时TXB_2两组均有升高,但对照组增高明显,丹参组增高轻微。CPB 60min及停CPB时两组TXB_2均下降,但对照组TXB_2仍高于丹参组。CPB 10min和30min时,6-keta-PCF_1。两组均增加,但丹参组增加显著。CPB 60min及停CPB时,6-keto-PCF_1。下降,但丹参(?)高于对照组。CPB中两组血小板下降,对照组比丹参组下降明显。术后胸腔引流量丹参组比对照组明显减少。本研究说明心脏直视术时应用丹参对凝血机制有改善作用。
Twenty patients subjected to open heart surgery were randomly divided into control group and Salvia group. Salvia (400mg/kg i.v.drip) was given for Salvia group after induction of anesthesia, sodium lactate in Ringer's solution for control group At 10 and 30 minutes of CPB, plasma TXB2 increased in both groups, but it was much higher in the control group. After 60 minutes and at the end of CPB TXB2 decreased in both groups, but it was again higher in the control group. At 10 and 30 minutes of CPB, plasma 6-keto-PGF1α elevated, but it was higher in Salvia group than in control group. At 60 minutes and the end of CPB, 6-keto-PGF1α was down in both groups, but it was higher in Salvia group than in control group. Platelet count fell in both groups during CPB, but it was much lower in control group than in Salvia group. The amount of chest drainage was lower in Salvia group than in control group after operation. This study suggests that Salvia could improve the disorder in blood coagulation during and after open heart surgery.
