摘要
委婉语作为一个语言文化现象,多年来引起了国内外许多研究者的关注。本文借鉴了其他学者的研究成果,采用试卷和有声思维的实验对高职高专学生的委婉语意识程度、运用能力和认知模式进行了调查和研究,并对调查结果进行了定性和定量分析。
As a linguistic and cultural phenomenon, the euphemism has long been arousing researchers' interest both at home and abroad. Based on the achievements done before, this paper attempts to discuss the polytechnic college students' euphemism awareness and its application and explore their recognizing process from the applied linguistics perspective, Two test papers and one think-aloud experiment are designed in the study. The two test papers are designed to test polytechnic college students' euphemism awareness and its application. Think-aloud protocol is a direct and valid method to collect information about cognitive processes. The think-aloud experiment is tape-recorded. The recordings are transcribed into text-based data in the computer and the data collected are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.
