摘要
构建教育实践学习共同体是促进师范生专业成长的有效途径。文章对师范生教育实践学习共同体的构建目标、构建形式、构建条件进行了初步探讨,以期提升师范生的教育实践学习质量。
The construction of educational practice learning community is helpful to improve the effectiveness of the education practice learning of normal students and promote their professional development. This paper analysis the construction goal, construction type and construction conditions of normal school students＇ educational practice learning community.
