应用型本科院校二级学院教学管理研究

Study of Secondary Teaching Management in Application-oriented University

目前,应用型本科院校二级学院在转型发展过程中,教学管理存在不能适应学科专业发展、目标考核体系不完善、责权分工不明晰等诸多问题,因此文章采用文献研究和实地考察的方法,探讨了二级学院教学管理的问题,并在此基础上提出了二级学院教学管理创新的相关思路和对策,为地方高校的转型发展提供有益参考。

To adapt to the social need of talents, the school-running mode of local universities are transforming from tradition to application. The teaching management center- of-gravity shifts to the secondary schools. But in the transformation, the teaching management doesn＇ t conform to the development of discipline and profession, the aim system is not perfect, and the relationship between duty and responsibility is not clear. So documentary and observational methods are used to discuss the problem with the teaching management. Based on it, the authors presented the creative thinking way and suggestions to provide beneficial reference for the local university development.
