Meme is the basic unit of cultural information. It＇ s like a virus in the human brain, which can spread both in lateral level massively and in the longitudinal level to the next generation. Theory ofmemes is a theory about the development of ideas and information which helps us to understand human nature, the complex interaction between culture and environment, and provides people with a new perspective to study the spread of culture. This article aims to explore how to understand and inherit the native culture of Daqing based on the mode of memes theory.
