产业融合发展,是"一带一路"战略的重要着眼点,全方位的互联互通则是产业融合发展的重要保障。"一带一路"战略下,互联互通与产业融合存在必然的内在联系,基础设施、信息网络、经济平台、制度和文化等领域互联互通,都为产业融合发展奠定重要基础。实现"一带一路"产业融合,激发"一带一路"经济活力,应将互联互通作为一个重要的抓手,进一步推进基础设施和信息网络互联互通,加快促进文化、制度融合,加强对外经贸合作,针对东中西部地区实行差异化战略,在中西部参与"一带一路"建设上投入更多精力。

The development of integration of industry is an important focus of the ＂One Belt One Road＂, and full connectivity is an important guarantee for the development of industrial convergence. Under the ＂One Belt One Road＂, interoperability and industrial integration are inevitable inner link. Infrastructure, information network platform, economical system, economic and cultural fields each has interoperability, lays an important foundation for the development of industrial integration. For the further implementation of the ＂One Belt One Road＂ industrial integration, and stimulate economic vitality, we should take interconnected as an important starting point to fitrther promote the interoperability of infrastructure, information network interconnection, accelerate the integration, promote cultural system, strengthening of foreign trade and economic cooperation. At the same time, we have to implement differentiated strategy in different regions, put more effort in the Midwestem region to participate in ＂One Belt One Road＂.
