The Characteristics and Operating Mechanism of Tourism Targeted Poverty Alleviation

在旅游扶贫的背景下,文章对旅游精准扶贫的特点、作用机理等进行相关的探讨,通过对有关文献进行回顾,文章认为,旅游精准扶贫具有四个方面的特征:关注重点是扶真贫与真扶贫;针对性更强;注重可持续性;涉及层面广。旅游精准扶贫运行是多层次的复杂体系,其中扶贫识别是前提、扶贫帮扶是关键、扶贫管理是保障,三个层面相辅相成,共同作用。

Based on the background of tourism poverty alleviation, this paper discusses the characteristics and mechanism of tourism targeted poverty alleviation, in order to provide some theoretical guidance for tourism poverty alleviation. Through the review of the relevant literature, this paper argues that tourism targeted poverty has four characteristics, namely, the focus really help the poor and poverty alleviation, more targeted, focus on sustainability, wide coverage. Tourism targeted poverty alleviation operation is a kind of complex multi-level system, which is a prerequisite for poverty relief, poverty alleviation and recognition is the key, management is the guarantee.
