基于国际经验的我国绿色投资基金发展

The Development of Foreign Green Investment Funds and Its Enlightenment to China

绿色投资基金作为一种全新的投资模式,其收益是不可见的,主要有筛选、股东活动和社区投资三种投资组合选择。文章对国内外绿色投资基金的发展现状、运营模式、存在问题等进行研究,发现不同国家绿色投资基金发展水平存在较大差异。为促进我国绿色投资基金发展,文章提出建立与其相配套的绩效评价体系、进一步编制和完善科学的绿色投资基金指数、控制能源消耗的总量、优化能源结构和提高能源利用的效率等对策。

The green investment fund is a kind of new investment model, which mainly has three kinds of portfolio selection, namely screening, shareholder and community investment activities. Green investment fund revenue is not visible, which is also an important feature of its embodiment. Some scholars study found that compared with foreign countries, the domestic green investment fund started late, the current urgent need to improve and perfect the green investment fund investment and evaluation system, mobilize the whole society to participate in this field, continue to promote the rapid development of China＇s social health career.
