摘要
沼气燃烧速度慢是造成沼气发动机燃烧持续期长 ,燃烧效率低 ,后燃严重 ,排温高、可靠性与经济性差的根本原因。该文利用快压机对沼气发动机的燃烧过程进行了模拟 ,提出了改善火花点火沼气发动机性能的快速燃烧方法 ,设计出了包括燃烧室在内的快速燃烧系统 ,并将其用于 6 16 0沼气发动机发电机组的开发 ,大大提高了沼气在发动机中的燃烧速度 。
Low burning rate of biogas is the main problem in spark ignited biogas engine, such as serious back burning and high exhaust temperature. A rapid compression-expansion machine was used to simulate the combustion of biogas in engine. A fast burning system was used in the development of 6160 spark ignited biogas generator. Experimental research shows that this system can quicken the combustion of biogas-air mixture and improve the combustion process of biogas engine. This system has the advantages of improving reliability and efficiency of biogas engine.
