电视胸腔镜辅助下食管癌根治术对食管癌患者术中出血量及术后并发症发生率的影响

Effects of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer on blood loss and postoperative complications incidence in patients with esophageal cancer

目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助下食管癌根治术对食管癌患者术中出血量及术后并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2014年7月至2016年8月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的食管癌患者58例,回顾分析其临床资料,将行电视胸腔镜辅助下食管癌根治术治疗者(n=30)作为观察组,行常规开胸食管癌根治术治疗者(n=28)作为对照组。比较两组手术情况及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术用时、置管时间短于对照组,术中失血量、术后引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),清扫淋巴节数量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为13.33%(4/30),明显低于对照组的35.71%(10/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜辅助下食管癌根治术能有效减少术中失血量,术后并发症发生率较低,安全性较高,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effects of video - assisted thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer on blood loss and postoperative complications incidence in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods From July of 2014 to August of 2016, clini- cal data of 58 esophageal cancer patients in Anyang Tumor Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Patients treated with video - assisted thoraeoscopy surgery for esophageal cancer radical surgery were selected as observation group （ n = 30 ） , and patients treated with routine thoraeotomy for esophageal cancer were selected as control group （ n = 28 ）. Surgery and postoperative compli- cations were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time and catheterization time was shorter than that of the control group, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were less than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the number of sweating lymph nodes compared with the control group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The complications incidence of the observation group was 13.33 % （4/30）, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （35.71%, 10/28 ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Video - assisted thoracoseopy surgery for esophageal cancer radical surgery can effectively reduce intr- aoperative blood loss, and the postoperative complications incidence is low, the security is high. It is worthy of promotion.
