成分单采技术在预存式自体输血中的可行性及安全性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨成分单采技术在预存式自体输血中的可行性及安全性。方法选取2013年5月至2016年7月南乐县人民医院收治的86例择期手术治疗患者,根据自体血采集方式不同分组,各43例。对照组采用自体全血采集方式,观察组运用成分单采技术采集自体红细胞。对比两组自体血采集量、采血反应发生率及自体血采集前、采集后当天、回输后血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞比容(HCT)及血小板计数水平变化情况。结果采集前,两组HB、HCT及血小板计数水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组采集后当天及回输后HB、HCT及血小板计数水平均高于对照组,且自体血采集量少于对照组,采血反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成分单采技术在预存式自体输血中可减少患者自体血采集量,且采血反应发生率低,对血象影响较小,具有较高安全性与可行性。
