樱桃核中类黄酮快速溶剂萃取工艺优化及抗氧化研究 被引量:6

Accelerated Solvent Extraction Technology and Antioxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids from Cherry Pits

摘要 采用快速溶剂萃取法(ASE)及正交试验对樱桃核中类黄酮提取工艺进行优化;采用体外抗氧化活性法测定类黄酮的总抗氧化能力和DPPH·自由基清除能力,评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明,ASE的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度70℃,提取时间10 min,提取压力1 200 psi,具有较好的提取效率;樱桃核中类黄酮具有较强的抗氧化性。 The accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and the orthogonal experiment were chosen to extract flavonoids from the cherry pits to optimize extraction condition. The total antioxidant capacity of flavonoids and DPPH. radical scavenging capacity were determined by the method of in vitro antioxidant activity. The results showed that the optimum condition was that when ethanol concentration of 70%, extraction temperature of 70 ℃, extraction time of 10min and extraction pressure of 1 200 psi. Under such condition, flavonoids from cherry pits could be extracted efficiently. The flavonoids in cherry pits had a strong antioxidant activity.
