Optimization of Extraction Process of Puerarin from Pueraria lobata Radix by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用响应曲面法对葛根中葛根素提取工艺进行优化。以葛根素提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上选择试验因素和水平,进Box-Behnken响应面试验设计,得到最佳操作条件及二次方程响应面模型。葛根中葛根素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数62%,提取时间23 min,提取温度30℃。Box-Behnken响应曲面法优化了葛根中葛根素的提取工艺。 The extraction technology of Puerarin from Pueraria lobata radix by response surface methodology was optimized. Based on the choice of factors and levels according to the results of single factor test, Box-Behnken response surface experiment was designed with the extraction rote of Puerarin as the index to obtain the best operation conditions and two equations of the response surface model. The optimal extraction conditions of puerarin in Pueraria lobata radix were as follows: the ethanol concentration was 62%, the ultrasonic time was 23 min, and the ultrasonic temperature was 30℃. It was feasible to optimize extraction processing ofpuemrin from Pueraria lobata radix by response surface analysis methodology.
