摘要
采用硝酸-高氯酸湿法消解对枸杞蜂蜜、益母草蜂蜜、塞北蜂蜜、五味子蜂蜜、黄芪蜂蜜、枣花蜂蜜和洋槐蜂蜜进行前处理,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了蜂蜜中钙、铁、钠、镁、锌、铜、钾和锰8种金属元素的含量,并对枸杞蜂蜜中的金属元素进行了加标回收试验。结果表明,这7种蜂蜜中Ca的含量为0~93.856μg/g,Fe的含量为0~8.403μg/g,Na的含量为46.095~1 746.519μg/g,Mg的含量为6.727~25.488μg/g,Zn的含量为0.402~4.827μg/g,Cu的含量为0~0.351μg/g,K的含量为0~0.351μg/g,Mn的含量为0~3.848μg/g;得到的8种金属元素相关系数在0.990 5~0.999 1之间。枸杞蜂蜜中各金属元素加标回收率在94.70%~105.20%之间,相对标准偏差在0.89%~3.76%之间。
The wet digestion of nitric acid and perchloric acid was used for pre-disposal in the medlar honey, motherwort honey, Saibei honey, schisandra honey, astragalus honey, hypericum honey and acacia honey. Flame atomic adsorption spectrophotometry was used for the detemuna tion of the eight metal elements (Ca, Fe, Na, Mg, Zn, Cu, K and Mn) of the honeys. And the recovery of standard addition of metal elements in the medlar honey was tested. The results showed that in eight metal elements, the content of Ca in honey was 0-93.856 μg/g, Fe was 0-8.403 μg/g, Na was 46.095-1 746.519 μg/g, Mg was 6.727-25.488 μg/g, Zn was 0.402-4.827 Ixg/g, K was 0-0.351 μg/g, Mn was 0-3.848 μg/g. According to the experiment, it was known that the correlation coefficient of the eight metal elements in honey was between 0.990 5-0.999 1. The recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 94.70%-105.20% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was the range of 0.89%-3.76% in medlar honey metal elements.
