摘要
中国医药城(泰州)展览中心的钢屋盖受力体系复杂。针对工程施工难点,通过构建大跨度钢结构BIM结构模型,及构建安装设施的BIM结构模型,进行信息集成,智能控制,保证施工质量;并且应用BIM技术可视化特征,实时监控施工设施变形,对异常情况及时报警并纠偏,保证滑移施工安全;采用有限元分析软件验算张拉索的轴力和变形,精确控制施工质量,保证结构安全。
The steel roof system of China Medical City (Taizhou)Exhibition Center is complex. In view of the difficulties of engineering construction, the BIM structure model for the long-span steel structure was built, and the BIM structure model of the installation facility was constructed. And the visualization features of BIM technology had been applied to carry out real-time monitoring of the deformation of the construction facilities, timely warning for abnormal situation and rectification, so as to ensure the safety of sliding construetion. SAP finite element analysis technique was used to check the axial force and deformation of the cable, to control the construction quality and to ensure the safety of the structure.
