摘要
为了开发A709-Gr345W新型耐候桥梁钢,对Gr345W钢的生产工艺和化学成分进行了优化设计,并与传统Q345钢进行了成分和性能的对比分析。结果表明:通过合理的成分控制及工艺设计,研发的A709 Gr345W耐候桥梁钢的强度、塑性、耐候性能、低温韧性等指标良好,满足相关标准的技术要求;与传统Q345钢相比,研发的A709-Gr345W耐候桥梁钢具有更为优异的耐候性能和低温韧性。
A new type of A709 - Gr345W weather-resistant bridge steel was developed based on the optimized design of production techniques and chemical composition. Besides, the corresponding chemical constitutions and properties were analyzed in comparision with the traditional Q345 steel. The results indicated that the performance of A709 - Gr345W weather-resistant bridge steel including strength, ductility, weather-resistance and low-temperature toughness were good, which could satisfy the technical requirements of relative standards, by means of rational compostion controlling and process design. In addition, the weather-resistance and low-temperature toughnesss of A709 -Gr345W weather-resistant bridge steel were more excellent in comparision with the traditional Q345 steel.
