临床路径在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死急诊溶栓治疗中的应用

Application of clinical pathway in emergency thrombolytic therapy of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction

目的分析临床路径在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死急诊溶栓治疗中的应用方法及效果。方法选取本院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的116例急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者,随机分为对照组与CP组各58例,对照组患者以常规方式进行急诊溶栓治疗,CP组患者采用临床路径模式开展急诊溶栓治疗。结果 CP组患者的入门溶栓时间、住院时间、住院费用、入院10 min内首份心电图完成数、溶栓成功率与不良反应发生率均明显好于对照组,其患者与家属的满意度明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死急性溶栓治疗中采用临床路径模式能够有效改善治疗效果,缩短住院时间,降低治疗费用,提高患者与家属满意程度。

Objective ：To analyze the application and effect of clinical pathway in emergency thrombolytie therapy for a- cute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods：116 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarc- tion were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017, randomly divided into the control group and the CP group, each with 58 eases eaeh. Patients in the control group were treated with eonventional thrombolytie therapy, patients in CP group underwent emergency thrombolytic therapy used clinical pathway model. Results：The initial thrombolysis time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, the completion of the first electrocardiogram in admission to 10min, the sue- eess rate of thrombolysis and the ineidenee of adverse reactions in CP group were significantly better than those in control group, The satisfaction of the patients and their relatives in CP group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The clinical pathway model can effectively improve the effect of aeute thrombolytic therapy for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the cost of treatment, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
