摘要
目的探讨临床在实施生化检验过程中,分析不确定度临床测量价值。方法选择我院2014年07月—2016年8月收治的生化检验患者152例作为研究对象;临床对所有患者合理展开不确定度测量。针对钾离子、钠离子以及氯离子,合理选择电极法实施测定;对于患者的GGT(谷氨酰转肽酶)水平、ALT(丙氨酸转氨酶)水平、ALP(碱性磷酸酶)水平以及AST(天门冬氨酸转氨酶)水平,选择速率法实施测定;对于TP(总蛋白)水平,选择双缩终点法实施测定;对于UA(尿酸)水平,选择尿酸酶比色法实施测定;对于Cr(肌酐)水平以及BUN(尿素氮)水平,选择酶法进行测定;对于Glu(葡萄糖)含量,选择氧化酶法实施测定。最终对检测不确定度进行分析。结果在不确定度方面,各种生化指标之间表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床对患者在开展生化检验的过程中,有效对不确定度实施测量,最终可以将生化检验结果准确性显著提高,针对分散程度可以进行有效反映,可以将检测结果误差有效减少,发挥显著的不确定度检测价值。
Objective: To study the clinical in the process of implementation of biochemical test, clinical analysis of uncertainty measurement value. Methods: Our hospital from July 2014 to August 2014 were analyzed in 152 patients with biochemical test as the research object ; Clinical reasonably uncertainty of measurement for all patients. For potassium, so- dium and chloride ions, reasonable determination of the selective electrode method ; For the patients level of GGT ( GGTP (gamma glutamyl transpeptidase)) , the ALT (alanine aminotransferase) level, level of ALP (alkaline phosphatase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase) level, the implementation method to determine the selection rate; For TP (total) level, choose double shrinkage end-point method implementation; For UA, uric acid level, select the uric acid determination of the enzyme colorimetry; For Cr (creatinine) levels and BUN (urea nitrogen) level, choose enzymatic were determined; For Glu content (glucose), select the oxidase method determination of implementation. The final analysis of detection un- certainty. Results : In terms of uncertainty, between various biochemical indexes showed significant difference (P 〈0.05) Conclusions : In patients with clinical to conduct the process of biochemical test, effective for uncertainty in measurement, eventually biochemical test result accuracy can be significantly improved, for can effectively reflect the degree of disper- sion, test result error can be effectively reduce, play a significant uncertainty of testing value.
