摘要
目的通过根因分析降低洁净手术室静态空气细菌浓度检测的不合格率,提高手术室的空气质量。方法调查2014年、2015年洁净手术室空气静态细菌浓度检测的45例和34例的资料,对于检测不合格的数据,运用根因分析方法进行近端原因、根本原因分析,找出静态空气监测不合格的原因,制定有效的应对方案和改进措施,对2016年检测的74例的改进效果进行追踪。结果 2014年空气静态检测不合格2例,不合格率4%,2015年检测不合格2例,不合格率为6%,2016年整改后检测结果全部合格,不合格率为0%,明显低于2014年4%和2015年的6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根因分析法为更加系统、有效地降低洁净手术室静态空气细菌浓度监测的不合格率,提供了科学的管理方法。
Objective : With the help of returning analysis to reduce the unqualified rates of concentration test in static clean operating room and improve the air quality inside the operating room. Methods : To take the 45 samples and 34 sam- ples in 2014 and 2015 as examples, use the method of returning analysis to analyze the proximal cause and root cause, find out the cause of the unqualified rate of static air and make effective solutions and improvement measures, then make track defection on the 74 samples in 2016. Results: The number of unqualified samples in 2014 is 2 with the unqualified rate of 4%, while the number of unqualified samples in 2015 is 2 with the unqualified rate of 6%. Test restdts in 2016 are all qualified after the rectification with the unqualified rate of 0%, which is significantly lower than the statistics in 2014 and 2015, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Returning analysis method can provide an scientific management method for a more systematically and effectively reduction of unqualified rates of concentration test in static clean operating room.
