更换液体流程的改进在提高患者护理安全中的应用及分析

Application of improved fluid replacement process in nursing safety management

目的探讨液体更换流程改进后在护理安全管理中的实施效果。方法成立液体更换流程改进管理小组,根据护理操作要求及临床应用的特点,制订一套行之有效的液体更换流程,并对护士统一进行培训及考核,在工作中实施与监控,比较实施液体更换流程改进前后护理不良事件发生率和满意度情况。结果实施液体更换流程改进后,护理不良事件明显下降,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理质量、病人满意度及护士工作效率较实施前明显提高。结论液体更换流程改进后在护理工作中的应用,提高了更换液体安全性,能增强护士的法律意识以及责任心,减少不良事件,还可以促使护理工作更加规范化,保证病人护理质量的不断改进。

Objective： To investigate Fluid replacement processimprovement management result in nursing working effi- ciency. Methods ： Established a team on Fluid replacement process improvement management and formulate an effective flu- id replacement procedure and provide the training and assessments to all the team members according to the nursing clinical characteristics. Monitoring the whole process and comparing the rate of adverse events before and after the implementation of fluid replacement process improvementand the satisfaction situations. Result： After implementation of fluid replacement process, the rate of adverse events has decreased, there was a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and it has im- proved the quality of care, patient satisfaction, and also nurse working efficiency higher than prior to the implementation of improved. Conclusion： After process improvement in the application of nursing work, the liquid security is improving, which can enhance the legal consciousness and responsibility of nurses, reduce the adverse events, promote the standardiza- tion of nursing work, and ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of patient eare.
