摘要
大型高速纸机都需设计有能够与之匹配的损纸处理系统,以便处理由于断纸、复卷辊底、不合格品等回抄的损纸。根据低定量高强瓦楞原纸车间实际生产运行情况,基于自动控制水平的提升、就近回用原则,优化损纸回收系统的工艺流程,合理配置损纸泵参数及流程管路设计,在纸机系统稳定运行的前提下,达到提升纸机运行效率,降低能耗的目的。
The broke collection and handling system is always designed to be able to match with the standard paper machine, so as to collect and handle the broke which coming from web break, bottom waste after winding and reject paper rolls etc. Based on the practical running condition of high quality corrugated board, improved automation control level and the principle of the nearest reuse, this topic is for optimizing the process of broke system and allocating the broke pump parameters as well as engineering of the pipeline reasonably, under the condition of steady and high efficiency of paper machine line, to improve the efficiency of the paper machine and reduce the energy consumption.
