半纤维素酶处理改善杨木APMP浆的松厚度 被引量:1

Increasing the Bulk of High Yield Pulp Sheet by Xylanase Treatment

摘要 松厚度是关系到纸张生产质量和生产成本的重要指标之一。由于松厚度受纸浆中半纤维素含量的影响较大,本研究以杨木APMP浆作为研究对象,采用半纤维素酶处理选择性去除纸浆中的半纤维素组分,试图通过降低纤维间的结合力来进一步提高成纸的松厚度。实验结果表明,在半纤维素酶用量为10 IU·g^(-1),处理温度55℃,处理时间90 min的条件下,APMP浆的半纤维素去除率为51.6%,在此条件下纸张的松厚度提高11%。另外,半纤维素的去除对成纸的强度有一定的负面影响,表现为纸张的裂断长和耐破度分别降低30%和17%,而成纸的撕裂度和环压指数分别增加30%和121%。 Bulk is one of the key parameters for high grade paper and saving production cost. The hemiceUulose content has negative effect on the bulk of pulp. The poplar APMP pulp was selected as raw material in this study, and using xylanase to remove hemicellulose to decrease the binding between fibers, thus increasing bulk. Results showed that the bulk increased 11% by removing hemiceUulose of 51.6% under condition of xylanase dosage of 10 IU.g-1, time of 90 min and 55℃. On the contrary, the breaking length and bursting endurance was decreased 30% and 17%, respectively. Fortunately, the tearing strength and ring crush index was increased 30% and 121%, respectively.
