“产学合作”:从模式研究到国家制度建立的探索

职业教育"产学合作",过去主要研究的是其合作模式和合作的方法,这些模式主要停留在经验层面的探索上。随着"产学合作"向持久和深度融合发展,迫切需要国家层面的法律制度建立,从法律上保障"产学合作"各方的职责、义务和规范各自的行为。本文通过对我国职业教育"产学合作"发展模式的现状回顾,借鉴国外发达国家在"产学合作"上走过的历程,分析国家制度建立的法律规范功能,提出建立国家、地方及产学指导机构的多级"产学合作"管理制度的设想,并通过建立中介机构和遴选"产学合作"评价指标来监督和保证"产学合作"的实施。

And through the establishment of intermediary institutions and the selection of evaluation index of industry cooperation＂ to supervise and ensure the implementation of the ＂cooperative education＂.
