职业教育产教融合的市场资源要素探析

Analysis on the Factors of Market Resources in the Integration of Production and Education in Vocational Education

文章以市场在资源要素配置中起决定作用的理论为基础,分析了职业教育、企业两种不同价值取向和运行路径的主体之间存在的市场资源要素关系,并对经济与产权校企一体化的合作形式进行了分析和反思,提出了以市场化资源要素配置模式的产教融合路径。

This paper, based on the theory that market has dominating role in resources allocation, analyzes the factors of marketing resources and relationship between the vocational education and enterprise with different value orientations and running path, presents some thinking and analysis on the form of cooperation using the economy and property right between school and enterprise, puts forward the marketing resource allocation mode of the integration for the vocational education and enterprise.
