摘要
以教育生态学边缘效应理论为切入点,阐述综合职业能力和第二课堂活动的关系,梳理出目前我校第二课堂活动开展存在的凸显问题,围绕五年制英语教育专业学生的综合职业能力尝试性提出第二课堂活动体系的构建,其由组织机构、活动模块、实施方式、过程监控等四方面构成,并指出在实施过程中应该注意的问题,即不能偏离人才培养目标,注重活动开展的效果,学生受益程度,"专长"老师的通力合作。
Viewed from the Edge Effect of educational ecology, the paper illustrates the relationship between comprehensive vocational competences and the second-class as well as the problems highlighted throughout the implementation of the second-class activities in our school. Thus, the author tentatively put forward the system construction of the second-class activities centered on the cultivation of comprehensive vocational competence that constitutes the organization, activities model, the mode of implementation and process monitoring. There are four aspects worthy of close attention throughout the implementation characterized by closely-knitted with the all-round goal of talents' cultivation, intent watch over the effectiveness, the degree to which benefits the students and the intimate cooperation among teachers with "special talents".
