Research on Special Care and Placement and Supporting the Front in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region in Anti-Japan War Period

抗日战争时期,陕甘宁边区政府根据抗日斗争的需要,积极开展军人优抚安置工作和拥军支前工作,改善军人及其家属的待遇,吸引了广大适龄青年参军参战,提高了部队战斗力,加强了军民团结,为边区根据地的巩固和发展及抗战胜利起到了应有的作用。

In anti-Japan war period, according to the need of anti-Japan war, the government of Shanxi- Gansu-Ningxia border region carried out the work of special care and placement and supporting the front to improve the treatment of the soldiers and their families. This measure appealed to more young men to join the army, improved the troop＇s fighting capacity, strengthened the unity between the army and the people, played a great role in the consolidation and development of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region as well as in the victory of the anti-Japan war.
